I'm Tom, a strength and conditioning coach specialising in developing speed, power and resilience for football athletes. As Head Of Performance at Full Speed for 6 years, I bring a wealth of expertise in translating gym-based strength training to the unique demands of football. Alongside working with countless junior NPL level athletes in our private facility, I have also worked as Head Of Strength & Conditioning at the Nunawading City FC senior team. By incorporating a football-specific strength and power program, we will take your athletic performance to the next level, as well as significantly reduce your risk of muscular and joint injuries.

As the founder of Foundation Football, he has delivered thousands of one-on-one and elite small group sessions across more than 10 years, helping players of all ages and abilities grow their game. His background as a qualified teacher gives him a deep understanding of how people learn, allowing him to design clear processes and sound developmental frameworks that maximise growth. Combined with his experience as a club Technical Director, senior men's captain, and youth development coach, Jordan has built academy programs that blend technical detail, game intelligence, and long-term player development. At the heart of his work is a commitment to building a strong foundation that enables every player to reach their full potential, both on and off the pitch.

I've been fortunate to work with some incredible clubs, including the Melbourne Storm, Western United, and Avondale FC. During my time as the Rehab Physio for Western United's Men's First Team, I worked closely with professional footballers to guide their recovery and get them back to peak performance.
